The design employs ​modular volumetric compositions​ and intersecting blocks to create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow within three-dimensional alleyways. Maximized natural daylighting and ventilation are achieved through ​transparent glass curtain walls​ and a ​north-south permeability strategy.

The ground floor houses a ​community-focused farmers’ market​ for neighborhood convenience, while upper levels accommodate ​commercial spaces​ and ​flexible leasing zones​ with adaptable layouts for diverse tenants. ​Green roofscapes​ regulate microclimates, blending functionality with ecological stewardship. To the east, a ​multi-mode community plaza​ serves dual purposes: daytime firetruck access and festive night markets, seamlessly transitioning via ​programmable lighting systems​ into a leisure-oriented gathering space after dusk. Embedded with a ​​“15-Minute Smart Ecosystem”​, the project features interactive digital kiosks, contactless payment hubs, and community bulletin boards, fostering inclusivity across all age groups.
